Step 1 INSPECTION
A Certified Energy Inspector examines and measures all energy related parts of the house, answering over 100 questions. The average cost of a Tune-uP is below the cost of a home inspection. 

Step 2 INFORMATION
The Tune-uP proprietary software estimates the cost and savings for each recommendation. The Report discusses each recommendation as well as noting additional ways to save energy. 

Step 3 IMPLEMENTATION
The Tune-uP Report will provide access to a database of suppliers and contractors who can Tune-uP your home, direct telephone access to CMC professionals to answer your home energy questions, and information on financing for homeowners wanting to make this investment without paying for it all at once. 

Step 4 FINANCING
Options for financing are given, allowing some homeowners to pay for the costs of the
new energy features with the energy savings.
