EDUCATING THE CLIENT TO THE HOME IS WHAT THE JOB IS ALL ABOUT

Dear Home Buyer, Realtor, Seller, Lender,

Shirley Smedley, Realtor says, “Josh Swenson does excellent work, is experienced in this field, and when
he does a home inspection it’s thorough and well done.”

Barb Fortin, Realtor, says, “There’s a lot I like.  Josh does home inspections in a timely fashion.  The report is finely detailed.  The buyers have confidence in it.”

Mary Ruschlewicz, lender, says, “Number One, Josh is very fast, right there on the spot getting the inspection done, and is
very thorough and not nit picky either!”

Sandy Larson, Realtor, says, “When I recommend home inspectors, I make sure Swenson Home Inspections is on the list.”

And Suzanne Stevens, Realtor, says, “The degree to which Josh Swenson educates the buyer, and the seller
too-- is extraordinarily helpful.”

I’ve been a Realtor (for Real Estate One in Traverse City), am a member in good standing of the National
Association of Home Inspectors www.nahi.org, and was trained at the American Home Inspectors Training
Institute, Ltd. www.ahit.com.  I am insured with FREA, The Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, www.frea.com,
and am a licensed contractor (Michigan ID No. 2101122845).  I am an affiliate member of the Mason-Oceana-Manistee Board of Realtors.  With Swenson Home Inspections you get a home inspector who knows both real estate and
construction.  For most problems there are usually some pretty reasonable solutions.  (You may ask for a ball park
figure on costs for fixing problems, but you must get a bid from other contractors when it's time to get the problem fixed,
as it is considered by Swenson Home Inspections to be a conflict of interest for me to take on the job.)

A home inspection is a good way to resolve objections-- the kind of problems that people would just worry
about otherwise.  Additionally, it’s great for both the Realtor and the seller because the home inspector takes
on a good deal of the liability.   That’s added protection for you and your seller.  The bottom line for Realtors is
doing a great job for your buyers and sellers.  A home inspection  helps you do that.  And for buyers and sellers,
it's peace of mind.

Feel free to call me (1-231-723-4395/510-2177) with questions.  I’d love to hear from you.
